Ok Planning on a limb here' know however i dare point out that the title of the short article is very correct that BPOs are actually one among if not One of the most overlooked Profit Centers inside the Property business.
Being an experienced REO and BPO Realtor for over 12 years We've bumped into many Realtors and Brokers who may have said a lot of things regarding the business We are in everyday, Oftentimes I recieve retail Agents or Brokers who come to me asking how to get into the REO business. On the other hand rarely at any time get somebody that asks "How can one start doing BPOs?". Why? Well I'll dare to express that they can just usually are not that sexy. Everyone wants is the next REO King or Queen but who wishes to be a BPO agent? Truth does BPOs is strictly the way i broke to the REO business and to this time the BPO is a large portion of my business model.
But ok listed below are what are the Objectors say:
One time i did BPOs but I was just sick and tired with running around for $30-50 here and $30-50 there. It is only not worth every penny!!!
My solution is NOT Worth every penny!!! Seriously??! Might it be worth the cost in case you made an additional $25,000-$100,000+ 12 months just from the BPO business?
